(* Some products including Beef Cheek, Liver, Kidney and Bones may have previously been frozen due to short shelf life, we will ship fresh when available but may have previously been frozen or be frozen upon receipt.)

Shipping Details- From $11.95/box to most metro and regional areas Australia wide (2.0-3.8kg)
Note- 2kg and under attracts a surcharge due to freight costs.
We know this sounds complicated but shipping meat by airfreight is not easy - we do our best to subsidise the freight and this seems to be a good answer for everyone... a full box helps us and helps you.... please note that boxes which are not full will incur an additional freight charge..

We deliver to many parts of AUSTRALIA FOR $11.95 which will be applied to all orders at checkout. Maximum weight of meat per box is around 3.8kg... Orders over 3.8Kg will be charged by weight accordingly
WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY OR FRIDAY before close of business, Friday for some regional areas AND VICTORIA. Orders must be placed before 7:00 AM EACH TUESDAY for SAME DAY DISPATCH TUESDAY ONLY. Orders usually arrive between 9am and 6pm; be advised some delays may occur although not the norm. Saturday arrival is not available. When expecting the arrival of perishables, we recommend that you be prepared for this, by setting up notifications of delivery updates.***NOTE: There is a good chance the delivery driver will NOT knock upon arrival…although we request that they knock. Check often and refer to your tracking # status.
PLEASE BE AWARE DELIVERY IS ON AUTHORITY TO LEAVE BASIS... YOU DON'T NEED TO BE HOME FOR DELIVERY TO OCCUR...
Cut-off is 7.00am on TUESDAY for delivery that week - As our couriers don't deliver on weekends we need to ensure your delivery is in your fridge before the weekend which is why we pack and send only in the early portion of the week. Use your tracking number to follow your order on the courier website. (check your junk mail on TUESDAY AND Wednesday if you have not seen it come through)- SHIPPING TO YOUR WORK ADDRESS IS A GREAT SOLUTION TOO BY THE WAY!!
ALL orders ship standard overnight. We can also to ship to P.O. Box’s, and do not ship to destinations outside Australia. If you're unsure about delivery to your address, please email us for confirmation. We ship all packages with Authority to Leave. The Package will be left by the carrier at your door or in a shady spot... we suggest you leave a note with where you would like your box left if you won't be home...
Customers are held responsible to input their correct SHIPPING ADDRESS. This includes Name, Street, City, State and Postcode. We will not refund or reimburse those orders that were not delivered on time due to an incorrect address.
Freight Costs and Minimum Order
We have a special rate on airfreight with our transport provider for each box delivered in Australia for $11.95 (min 2.1kg)

What should I do if my order does not arrive?
Initially speak to the courier company using your tracking number provided.
Sometimes items are not delivered to the address for various reasons, in this event it may have been taken to your local post office. or Australia Post Shop. Although the drivers are supposed to leave a card, some don’t always do this. If your order hasn't arrived please contact us immediately so we can try to rectify the situation:

All weights are approximate however we endeavour to be as accurate as possible.
Our butchers are generally on the mark but if you think there is a major error please notify us immediately upon receipt of your order.
Making a purchase is easy – Just browse our shop, click the “Add to Cart” button next to any items you wish to purchase – this will add them to your shopping basket. After you have finished “Buying” your products click on the checkout symbol then proceed answering the various questions that are required to satisfy your order..
We accept most major Credit Cards including PayPal
If paying by direct deposit, goods will be dispatched once payment has been received and cleared.
*If using Bank Deposit as payment method, please state your name & order number as the reference when transferring money so we can quickly determine your deposit & ship your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any of our products due to the perishable nature of the products we sell. If you experience any problems when you receive your order please contact us straight away and we will attempt to rectify the problem.
Storage of meat
Like all perishable foods, meat must be handled and stored properly to avoid spoilage and food borne illness. Follow these food-safe practices:
Refrigerate or freeze (only if you must!) meat as soon after purchasing as possible. If refrigerating meat, place it in the meat compartment or in the coldest part of the refrigerator. All our meat is fresh, unfrozen and vacuum packed. You will have a minimum of 14 days storage in the refrigerator (some items such as mince will have shorter use by dates).
If you have frozen your meat- Do not defrost frozen meat at room temperature. Defrost frozen meat in the refrigerator, to prevent bacterial growth. Place package on a tray to catch any drippings and place in refrigerator the day before it is needed.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are 1-2 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
