Cape Grim T-Bone - (2x500g)
The T-Bone is the all-rounder of the steak world, eye fillet on one side and porterhouse on the other- and then there's the bone to chew... The T-Bone comes from just below the porterhouse and has a section of the top loin and tenderloin (though just a little bit) separated by a T-shaped bone.
These steaks are huge around 0.40-0.5Kg each!, Impress your friends around the BBQ
The T-bone is built for grilling. The generous amounts of fat keep it moist while its tenderloin heart stays tender and flavorful. Stereotypically this is the steak on any backyard grill and often a favourite of the outdoor chef. Season lightly and grill.
